Truecaller has recently introduced a new feature for its Android users globally. The new feature is call recorder within the app. As per the company, this new feature will help users in reporting fraud and harassment calls. Also, this latest feature also helps its users in keeping track of important conversations with businesses, colleagues, or friends.

Truecaller in its official blog said, “From users identifying new business clients to empowering women in their fight against harassment or objectionable calls, or for everyone being protected from potential fraud. Truecaller has been there to safeguard calls and SMS to give you the right to know who is trying to get in contact. With the added feature of call recording, this will empower users to keep track of important conversations they have with businesses, colleagues, and people.”
Tis how this feature works, when a Premium user of the app dials or receives a call, they can toggle on the recording feature from the Truecaller Caller ID screen. After the call, the recordings of the conversations are stored in the user’s phone memory. However, the non- Premium subscription can also try this new feature, they will get a free 14-day trial of this feature.
Other than this latest feature, the Truecaller Premium users will get few other offerings that include, Who Viewed My Profile, ad-free experience, contacts request, premium badge for profile.
