The upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual film, Nota marks the Tamil debut of Tollywood actor Vijay Deverakonda, who is currently enjoying the phenomenal success of his recently released Telugu film Geetha Govindam. In Nota, Vijay is seen playing as a politician. This upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual political thriller was officially launched in Chennai.
Recently, the film’s director Anand Shankar revealed that popular Indian filmmaker AR Murugadoss has shot for a brief role in the film. Anand shared this news on his Twitter handle and wrote: “What a pleasurable moment! I was the director for my director who was today, the actor.” Previously, Anand was Murugadoss’s assistant in super hit Tamil film Thuppakki.
Vijay Deverakonda at the film’s launch shared about how he agreed to do a bilingual for the love of Tamil audiences. He said, “For all the love people from Tamil Nadu have given me, let me tell them that they’ll see my performance in my own voice. I can guarantee it. Tamil audiences love made me want to go bilingual.”
Nota, this upcoming political thriller is directed by Anand Shankar and bankrolled by KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green. Starring Vijay Deverakonda, Mehreen Pirzada, Sathyaraj, Nasser and Sanchana Natrajan in pivotal roles. This flick is gearing up for release on October 5.
