Motorola One Power with Notch display and 5,000mAh Battery launched in India

The Lenovo owned brand Motorola has launched its latest smartphone, Motorola One Power with Snapdragon 636 in the Indian market. This device is said to be manufactured in India and it is a Android one smartphone. This latest handset is powered by a huge 5,000mAh battery, has a display notch, and is part of the Android One programme, meaning it will get timely Android updates. Motorola said its new smartphone has the Widevine L1 licence to support HD video streaming.

The Motorola One Power sport a 6.2-inch full-HD+ LCD Max Vision panel along with a 19:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, coupled with an Adreno 509 GPU and 4GB of RAM. This device packs 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. This duel sim support device runs stock Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, which is upgradable to Android Pie.

Coming to the camera department, this handset features a dual rear camera setup that includes a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor, with support for 4K video recording. Up front it features a 12-megapixel sensor with an led flash.

In terms of connectivity options, this phone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. This smartphone has all the need sensors and there is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Motorola One power is fuelled by a huge a 5,000mAh battery with a 15W TurboPower fast-charger.

The Motorola One Power in India is priced at Rs. 15,999 and the handset comes in only one variant, that is 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. The smartphone is a Flipkart exclusive, and registrations has already begun on the e-commerce platform. This device will go on sale starting October 5.
