The makers have just dropped the much-anticipated trailer of Anurag Kashyap’s upcoming film, Manmarziyaan. After watching the trailer, it looks like a typical Bollywood love story. Boy (Vicky) meets girl (Taapsee). Both fall in love, but the boy’s commitment and responsibility towards marriage complicates things.
To make matters worse, another boy (Abhishek) chosen by the girl’s parents enters in between the both love birds. Unlike Anurag’s other films, Manmarziyaan’s colour palette is bright, and vividly neon.
As per the trailer, “Love isn’t complicated, people are,” This 3 min 5sec long trailer opens with both Vicky and Taapsee getting into a room in a romantic lip lock scene. After which Taapsee asks Vicky to speak about their marriage with her parents and the trouble starts when Vicky tries to avoid taking responsibilities. Now enters Abhishek as a marriage proposal by Taapsee’s parents. Following the trailer shows the complications between the three characters life.

Manmarziyaan would be interesting to watch as it is coming from brand Anurag Kashyap and Aanand L Rai. It will be interesting to see how they have dealt with the complexities of today’s relationships.
Manmarziyaan is directed by Anurag Kashyap. This flick is Jointly produced by Anurag’s Phantom Films and Anand L Rai’s Colour Yellow Production. Starring Abhishek Bachchan, Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles. This film is scheduled to hit theatres by Sep 14.
