If the recipient has not registered yet with email id to which you have sent the amount and he not confirmed the same with his bank account then below are two scenarios based on which the account holder can claim or you can :
Scenario 1: If the account holder activates his account to whom you have sent the amount then the amount gets credited.
Scenario 2: If the account holder does not claim the amount then it remains in the unclaimed status in Paypal account then below are the steps to claim the same :
1) Login to your paypal account and look out for the respective payment that you made to cancel the same.
2) if it remains unclaimed for 30 days then it will be automatically reverted back to your account.
