Squeeze and generously apply lemon juice on your scalp evenly. The acidic nature of lemon may cause minor itching on your scalp but try to bear it, it will stop after few minutes. Leave for 20 minutes then rinse your hair properly. You may use a mild shampoo if you wish. Lemon is also a natural conditioner for hair. Repeat the process 2-3 times a week. 2. Curd or Yogurt kills the dandruff:
Dandruff is formed mainly due to dry scalp when the scalp loses moisture hence, it’s

Another way of using lemon against dandruff is to prepare a solution by boiling lemon peels (4-5 lemons) in 5 cups of water. Wash your hair with this solution twice a week. You are bound to bid adieu to dandruff after this treatment.

5. Olive oil and Lemon treatment:
Heat some olive oil in a bowl. Apply it all over your scalp with the help of cotton wool. Now, rub your scalp gently. For better absorption of oil, heat water and dip a towel into it.
Squeeze out excess water off your towel and wrap it around your head. Leave it for few
minutes. Repeat the process of hot towel wrap 3- 4 times. Keep your hair oiled overnight.
Next day, apply lemon juice evenly on your scalp half an hour before you wash your hair.

6. Fenugreek seeds:
Soak 3 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds overnight. Next morning, grind it into a fine paste and apply evenly on scalp. Leave it for half an hour then rinse properly, use mild shampoo if needed. Repeat the process every week. You will find dandruff gone leaving your hair shiny and smooth after four applications. If you do not want to apply paste, you can just boil the soaked fenugreek seeds, strain and wash your hair with it as last rinse. Remember, do not pour any more water on your hair after pouring fenugreek water. Just towel dry.

a) Boil Neem leaves for at least half an hour. Strain and use water as last rinse after

b) Soak Neem leaves in hot water overnight. Strain the water next morning and rinse your
