Forbes World’s Highest-Paid Celebrities: SRK, Salman, Akshay featured in the list

Forbes recently published its Annual World’s 100 Highest Celebrities list and Bollywood’s three biggest stars made to the list. Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar are the indian stars among Forbes annual list of the highest-earning entertainers in the world.

Shah Rukh Khan took the richest spot among Indians and came in 65th on the global front with earnings of USD 38 million, tied with singer and actress Jennifer Lopez. SRK appeared in three films last year, Fan, Dear Zindagi and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. After Shah Rukh comes Salman Khan on 71st spot with earnings of USD 37 million, tied with English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. Salman continues to produce and star in films, which earn well at the box office like Sultan, which crossed the Rs 300 crore mark at the box-office. The third Indian celebrity who made in the list is Akshay Kumar on 80th spot with earnings of USD 35.5 million, tied with musician Bon Jovi. AkshayKumarIn 2016, had done a fair mix of entertainers and serious cinema with release of three films Airlift, Housefull 3 and Rustom.

The World’s HighestPaid Celebrities of 2017 has been topped byAmerican rapper Sean Diddy Combs with earnings of USD 130 million in 2016. Diddy claiming the top spot with a big shocker as last year he was on the 22nd spot.The second spot in the list was grabbed by singing sensation Beyonce, who now becomes the richest woman celebrity in the world with earnings of USD 105 million, the third spot was grabbed by Harry Potter author JK Rowling with earning of USD 95 million.Rapper Drake got the fourth spot with an earning of USD 94 million joined by ace footballer Cristiano Ronaldo with earning USD 93 million, singer The Weeknd with earning of USD 92 million and American TV and radio personality Howard Stern with USD 90 million secures fifth, sixth and seventh spot respectively.American rock band Coldplay with earning of USD 88 million claimed the eighth spot. Author James Patterson with earning of USD 87 million and athlete LeBron James with USD 86 millionat ninth and 10th position.

The list also includes names like Justin Bieber, Ellen DeGeneres, Adele, Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Elton John, Ryan Seacrest, Vin Diesel, Paul McCartney, Adam Sandler, Jackie Chan, Robert Downey Jr, Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift and Tom Cruise.
